Refund Policy
Returns
We understand that circumstances may change, but please note that cancellation or retreat requests must be made within 48 hours of payment to be eligible for a refund. If cancellation is requested within this timeframe, we will refund the entire amount via the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. In the event of accidental duplicate payments, we will promptly refund the duplicate transaction amount via the original payment method within the same timeframe.
Please note: There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted.
Exchanges
Prior to purchasing event tickets, please ensure that all details are correct. Once a ticket has been purchased, we are unable to process exchanges. Additionally, we cannot replace lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.
Delivery
Kaizen Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd offers various delivery options, which may vary depending on the event. Presently, the following delivery methods are available:
Email confirmation: Your booking confirmation will be sent via email.
Cancelled/Postponed Events
In the rare event that an event or seminar is cancelled or postponed, we will make every effort to inform you promptly and initiate refunds according to the organizer’s policy.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account. Sometimes, there may be a delay in the processing of refunds by financial institutions. If you’ve confirmed with your bank and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at helpdesk@kaizeninfotech.com for further assistance.
