Beneficiaries lacked centralized access to support schemes, and connecting NGOs with people who needed financial aid for education and medical needs was fragmented, slow, and paperwork-heavy.
Our Solution
Building the Answer
We built a centralized portal: a fund-request portal where individuals submit needs with KYC and supporting documents in a single submission visible to all registered NGOs; a searchable NGO and funder directory filterable by assistance type, location, and eligibility; real-time application tracking with automated notifications and direct NGO-applicant communication; secure document management; and a reporting and analytics dashboard — all accessible across devices.
